Spinster in PINK !

This post is just an impulsive response to an article which I read quite recently on the

"Lady with a Vision".

The "Behenji" as you know her better.

She may not have the sophistication of Sonia Gandhi or Star Power of Aishwarya, yet she is a Star in her own Right, oops Might!!

Managing the hard-core UP politics with a single minded devotion and a firm hand, she has proved to be a strong-willed administrator. Corruption is rampant in India and everybody is equally to blame for it. After all, it is we who have fed this monster all these years just so that our work is done faster.

However corruption was never more organized in UP than it is in Maya Raj.
Corruption had never guaranteed better results than it does now.
In our corporate terminology, “Performance of Corruption has become better. It’s Productivity has increased”

So, does that mean, Behenji should get the Managerial Excellence award?

On a more personal level, I have been a victim of Corruption in Noida Authority when they put a Notice on my file, because I had planted some flowers and grass on the broken and shoddy road outside my house, which they were supposed to repair! I so desperately needed that NOC at that time, because I was moving out of the country, that I ended up paying 15000 Rupees as Bribe.

They got what they wanted, but I was left scarred on the soul, because I had to compromise on my Principles. I had just fed the monster.

I just wish it was Behenji ruling UP at that time.

The less than articulate, "Spinster in Pink" has definitely earned some brownie points from ME; The Common Man.
Not that it would matter anyway, yet, I would like to see her scaling the ladder and perching herself in Delhi!
Then I will analyze the Spinster in Pink and her Organized Corruption once again.

Till then, “Keep the Faith”, oops , “Keep the Behenji”
