Just today I happened to chance upon this report about Beggars in Shanghai.It was quite an idiotic observation must say.Begging is an occupation there ! and to top it all the Government does not do anything about it.
Well that is what China is all about anyway.
Begging by itself is a pretty mean way of degrading oneself and living life on easier terms with absolutely no self-esteem left.
To top it all,our very enlightened Indian media goes ahead to do the forex conversion of the income of a Shanghai beggar to Indian currency !
Instead of highlighting the disadvantages of begging as a phenomenon on our society,this report goes on to put every other moral in the perspective, and describes in a detailed manner the phenomenon of Begging in Shanghai !
We have better matters to report and bring to light rather than trying to delve into the Architecture of a Beggar in Shanghai !
Obnoxious would be a lighter term for such kind of irresponsible journalism !!!
